Member 1: Olivia Shania Yudhisitra – 25216685
Gerund and Infinitive Phrases
1.      Verb + Gerund
A. Last week our manager allowed us going home early since there was no more work.
B. The production team finally finished producing the next season products.
C. The company unintentionally delayed reporting the financial report to the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
2.      Verb + To Infinitive
A. We agree to have Joe’s Company for the advertisement.
B. We choose to not use Han’s Company service for the advertisement.
C. The company intends to split the stocks since the stock prices are really high, about to hit Rp. 80.000.
3.      Preposition + Gerund
A. In spite of working late at nights the boss is still not satisfied with the result I came up with.
B. Joe’s Company is looking forward to working with us.
C. The policies are done to prevent the stock price from sinking as the aftermath of inflation.
4.      Adjective + Infinitive
A. The CEO was pleased to see the result.
