The term’s planning for a unique but promising business to do in 2019.

Two businesses for 2019 are veils and online furniture. Fashion trends are growing very rapidly in the midst of society. Like the trend of hijab which from time to time continues to grow very rapidly. Now hijab is not just a tool used to cover the nakedness but has entered the realm of fashion. Therefore hijab business opportunities can be said as one of the promising business opportunities. The hijab business is one of the promising businesses with the need for hijab which continues to increase from time to time. The potential of the hijab business is very promising with very bright future prospects. 

Until now, the growth of the hijab business showed a number that increased significantly. Especially in Indonesia, where the majority of the population is Muslim, making hijab is very prospective.
The second promising business for 2019 is online furniture. With the population increasing steadily, housing needs are increasing, making demand for furniture also increasing. In addition to the increasing population growth in Indonesia, this business opportunity is still wide open because there are also many requests from restaurants, inns and there are also requests from abroad.

The market share of the two types of businesses is different, such as the vast market share hoods targeted at women ranging from teenagers to adults, supported by a majority of Indonesian Muslims. The market share for online courses is for people ranging from children to teenagers while the furniture business is the people who are building houses, hotels and others.

In terms of the benefits of the two businesses it is very profitable with little capital but able to reap profits of up to millions of rupiah. By utilizing technology some of the 2 types of businesses above are not requiring large capital, the marketing range is very broad, easier and simpler. But the strategy to gain big profits is to pay attention to the right marketing.

LESSON 14

Suggesting a new business to be operated for gaining a competitive advantage.

Product Manager     : Good Morning everybody. Firstly I’d like to thank you all for coming. Today we will have a meeting about our new product. Let’s get started. In today's modern era, we all certainly need tools that can facilitate and help us in our daily activities. So, at today's meeting I will present about the new products that our company will launch in order to create the latest innovations in the electronics field.
Sales Manager          : It sounds good, because the product is unique so we can compete by creating the latest innovations.
Marketing Manager  : What is the product description?
Product Manager     : Okay thanks. The speaker fan is cuboid with dimensions of 360x300x760mm and weighs only 2 kilograms so that it can be moved so easily. There is an auto swing that can activate air circulation mode horizontally (right-left) so that it can deliver cold air evenly throughout the room. For the fan section, this fan speaker has 3 turbos that the user can choose according to their needs. After that, the speaker section is placed on the right and left side with the super bass. To play the music you want, you can use a CD or USB that is connected directly to your handphone. Coupled with touchscreen facilities to select the desired song and can change its settings into radio mode. There is also a microphone port if you want to use a microphone as a speaker. The Speaker specifications are very sophisticated and can compete with other speakers because Spifan has a Maximum SPL Output: 134 dB, Frequency Range (-10 dB): 31 Hz - 150Hz and Frequency Response (± 3 dB): 42 Hz - 150Hz. The sound produced is very clear and large.
Marketing Manager  : What about the power needed? Surely the wattage needed is very large
Product Manager     : The power needed for this fan Speaker is very low, which is only 35 watts. Besides that, if the power suddenly turns off due to power failure or the product wants to be moved to a place that is not reachable by an electrical outlet. We can still use the product comfortably because the product will automatically store power when it is connected to a power source, so that when the power source is off the product can still be used.
Sales Manager          : I agree with our new product idea. Very efficient and power efficient. This will attract buyers who are afraid of the amount of electricity used.
Product Manager     : Yes, of course. Because the new product offered has many uses that are very helpful. If we want to cool the room without using speakers, we can just turn on the fan and vice versa. Spifan is perfect for activities or events that require microphones and their music and at the same time can cool the room.
Marketing Manager  : I don’t agree with the product because the materials and equipment needed must be expensive and this will affect the selling price. And if the selling price is high, middle-low consumers are less interested in buying it.
Product Manager     : For the price problem, you don't need to worry. The materials and equipment we use are of good quality at low prices, because the materials used are imported materials so that the price of raw materials can be reduced. For the selling price itself, we will sell it for Rp. 1,500,000, the price is already far below the market price of an ordinary speaker without any other facilities such as a fan. I think this will attract consumers who often do activities that require a speaker, microphone and air conditioning.
Marketing Manager  : Okay, if the product price planning for the products and specifications offered is very good at an affordable price. I really agree with our latest product
Product Manager     : Okay if all product descriptions and their uses and prices are clear. I think today's meeting is quite a lot, hopefully our latest product can be successful in the market and can compete by creating the latest innovations and don't forget to prioritize product quality. LESSON 13

People nowadays like to spend their money for a thing that is trending right now. Especially for woman, the trending one is about a makeup. Makeup is an important thing that women should wear and bring in daily life. Our innovation is making an unique and useful makeup that attract women to buy and use it. It’s about the package and the function. Our brand named “FULA FULA Beauty”.

Our company is having collaboration with two of famous snack brands who called Oleo and Poki Poki co. We create the package seems like Oleo and Poki Poki package, but the makeup still from our company. The packages have different style, for the compact powder we use Oleo package for our package because it has round shape like Oleo. And for the lipstick, we use Poki Poki package for the lipstick package because both of them like a stick, so we can combine that.

For the makeup, we also use best ingredients for making them better from the other brand. The compact powder and the lipstick are long lasting and safe for woman and girls. It stands for a whole day without touch up. It has been tasted to the tasters such artists, college student, housewife, and others. Our compact powder is also moisturized and brightened skin. We guarantee our makeup could compete with the other brand. It is because the makeup from the other brands aren’t unique. Surely women choose unique and long lasting makeup for their daily life. So they will choose us as their brand makeup.

Unique and useful makeup is important to many girls in this world. So we are glad to make such a makeup brand like this one. We gained the profit, and they gained their beauty after using our safe makeup brand. We also glad if they are satisfying.
