KOMITE PENGARAH TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI (TI)

Dalam rangka memberikan pandangan terhadap penyempurnaan pengelolaan teknologi informasi dan Manajemen Sistem Informasi, memantau kegiatan penyelenggaraan dan kesiapan infrastruktur TI, maka Direksi membentuk Komite Pengarah Teknologi Informasi yang ditetapkan berdasarkan Surat Keputusan Direksi No.102/SK/DIR/09/2016 tanggal 30 September 2016 tentang perubahan Komite Pengarah Teknologi Informasi PT Bank Maspion Indonesia Tbk. Adapun susunan anggota Komite Teknologi Informasi adalah sebagai berikut:

TUGAS DAN TANGGUNG JAWAB KOMITE PENGARAH TI
·         Memberikan rekomendasi kepada Direksi mengenai Rencana Strategis TI yang sesuai dengan rencana strategis Bank, dengan mempertimbangkan faktor efisiensi, efektivitas serta rencana pelaksanaan, sumber daya yang dibutuhkan serta cost and benefit yang akan diperoleh apabila rencana diterapkan.
·         Melakukan evaluasi dan memberikan rekomendasi terhadap kesesuaian proyek-proyek TI dengan Rencana Strategis TI.
·         Menetapkan prioritas dan alokasi anggaran TI.
·         Memberikan arahan terkait perencanaan, pengembangan dan penambahan sistem TI yang bersifat strategis.
·         Memberikan rekomendasi kepada Direksi mengenai kebijakan dan prosedur utama TI terkait pengembangan dan pengadaan sistem TI, aktivitas operasional TI dan jaringan komunikasi, pengamanan informasi, end-user computing, penggunaan penyedia jasa TI maupun kebijakan dan prosedur terkait manajemen risiko TI.
·         Memastikan dan memonitor pelaksanaan proyek TI sesuai dengan Rencana Strategis TI serta anggaran TI.
·         Mengevaluasi aktivitas Business Continuity Plan dan Disaster Recovery Plan.

Gerund and Infinitive Phrases

A. Last week our manager allowed us going home early since there was no more work.
